What do I need to know?

  • How will you share messages?

    Via email or text message. We can also transfer calls out to you or take the initiative with certain calls - getting rid of sales calls, escalating issues and

  • What times are calls answered?

    You're free to set the hours, but typically we're able to cover Monday - Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to - 4:30pm.



  • Are you UK based?

    Yes! All calls are handled by our Virtual Receptionists, with nothing outsourced abroad. We can do basic message taking, take orders, or work with you on a more tailored role to meet your needs.

  • Am I tied into a contract?

    Not that we want to see you go, but if you do, you just need to give us two months notice.

  • Can I forward my mobile number?

    You can choose to redirect your mobile to a dedicated line. Alternatively, we can set up with a regional landline, an 0845 number, or an 0800 freephone number - proven to increase calls and sales conversions. You are able to take calls, or forward them to Miss MPS depending on your flexibility.

  • Can I get an 0800 number?

    Yes! An 0800 number is a great idea - it adds credibility and trust. With calls being free for customers, you'll also have an advantage over the competition as people are more likely to call. We can also use 0845 numbers or find a local number if you want to keep it that way.
