We set up a phone number (you can choose a normal number, or go for an 0800 freephone line) so that you can re-direct calls to us. This can as be as your receptionist, or simply at times you need us (lunch breaks, holidays etc.). Either way, a caller won't know we're anything other than your own staff picking up the phone!
We'll answer calls with an agreed script and - with your help - we can answer popular queries, or stick to message taking. We have pricing plans to suit your volume of calls, and you aren't tied into a long term contract.
Yes! All calls are handled by our Virtual Receptionists here in Kent. We can do basic message taking, take orders, or work with you on a more tailored role to meet your needs.
That is up to you, you are in control of the diversion, but we take calls during the following times
Monday - Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to - 4:30pm
If for some reason you want to stop us taking your calls, you just need to give us 3 months notice
You can choose to redirect your mobile to a dedicated line. Alternatively, we can set up with a regional landline, an 0845 number, or an 0800 freephone number - proven to increase calls and sales conversions. You are able to take calls, or forward them to Miss MPS depending on your flexibility.
