We'll be able to tell it's someone calling your line, and will greet them as your receptionist.

Easy set up

Getting set up is really easy. We'll get a phone line set up dedicated for your business. This can be a regional landline, or you could try an 0800 freephone number. You'll then have the ability to redirect your calls to us whenever you like.

All you need to do is to select your preferred Pricing Plan depending on how many calls you'd expect us to take on a monthly basis.

Our Virtual Receptionist plans start at just £35a month.

What should I know about call answering?

Here's what other small businesses ask about our call answering service before going live.

  • How does it work?

    We set up a phone number (you can choose a normal number, or go for an 0800 freephone line) so that you can re-direct calls to us. This can as be as your receptionist, or simply at times you need us (lunch breaks, holidays etc.). Either way, a caller won't know we're anything other than your own staff picking up the phone! 


    We'll answer calls with an agreed script and - with your help - we can answer popular queries, or stick to message taking. We have pricing plans to suit your volume of calls, and you aren't tied into a long term contract.

  • Are you UK based?

    Yes! All calls are handled by our Virtual Receptionists here in Kent. We can do basic message taking, take orders, or work with you on a more tailored role to meet your needs.

  • What times do you man the phones?

    That is up to you, you are in control of the diversion, but we take calls during the following times



    Monday - Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to - 4:30pm

  • Am I tied into a contract?

    If for some reason you want to stop us taking your calls, you just need to give us 3 months notice

  • Can I forward my mobile number?

    You can choose to redirect your mobile to a dedicated line. Alternatively, we can set up with a regional landline, an 0845 number, or an 0800 freephone number - proven to increase calls and sales conversions. You are able to take calls, or forward them to Miss MPS depending on your flexibility.

  • How will you share messages?

    Via email or text message. We can also transfer calls out to you or take the initative with certain calls - getting rid of sales calls, escalating issues
